Awards Gala

15 December, 2016

Awards are one of the most powerful and cost-effective marketing tools and this is the very reason we are organizing a gala where winning a prestigious award can help your business stand out from the crowd, send a positive message to your existing customers and attract new business. We would like to emphasize the fact that this is going to be the only Award Gala to use a real time voting system powered by the designated attendees of the Gala in order to appoint the winners for each proposed category.

    Luxury, Sophisatication, Elegance, Grace ...

These are only a few powerful words that enclose the quintessence of our carefully planned BucharestSummit.  Since every event has a story, and every great story designed to remain imprinted on our memory usually happens in fairy tale like palace we decided to offer our special guests the opportunity to become royals, even if for a single night, during the Gala that is going to be hosted by the only palace in the centre of Bucharest, a palace shrouded in mystery and overflowing in history, a palace that can take you on an unforgettable journey.

The construction of the colossus started around the year 1905. In principle, it was designed to be a culture palace. Crina Deaconescu, in Radio Romania International, beautifully said: “It observed an old tradition of the beer factory and had a special facility for the factory workers. It was built based on the plans drawn up by the Austrian architect Anton Shuckerl in 1894. It’s an impressive building, thanks to its size, architecture and decorations. The building has a garden and a summer terrace that harmoniously integrated into the eclectic architecture, with spiraled stairs and inlays, statues on the façade, Venetian mirrors and loggias built in Victorian style.

We can state that the Bragadiru Palace is still the most impressive building of the old Bucharest. It also has a spectacular ballroom, and it can be used as a theatre or concert hall. Back then, the palace used to host a library and a bowling room. Also, there were shops and offices on the ground floor. In terms of style, the Bragadiru Palace comprises the styles of the most famous buildings in Bucharest.”

Nowadays, the Bragadiru Palace, also known as the Coliseum Hall undertakes to organize events ranging from weddings, dinner parties and anniversaries to conferences and even concerts, guaranteeing clients unique moments in an atmosphere haloed by historical reputation and architectural and aesthetic excellence.

The Bragadiru Palace hosted a variety of very important events and visits from His Royal Highness Prince Edward and Countess of Wessex, Jane Seymour, The European Congress: MICE Event for Central and East Europe, The traditional reception of the German Embassy, the Gala for Forbes 500, a series of Fashion festivals and concerts and the list could go on.
