Adriana started to work in the cam industry in March 2018, as a recruiter for one of the biggest studios in Europe. Oriented with high goals she joined Bucharest Summit in 2021. She thrives on challenges, always looking for an opportunity to achieve excellent results and high performance.

Ruxandra was part of Bucharest Summit team since the beginning, she joined the project in 2017, the year when the event was born. An all-round hospitality and events professional with a passion for achieving the impossible and driving teams to produce outstanding results. Has people management and commercial experience and acumen. Her mindset is creating events as an experience and achieving goals as a mission.
